“I want to love this hotel but I cannot”

Here are the pluses:
1) great service; from the maids to the front desk they are very nice
2) Pretty good food on site for a hotel
3) Outstanding hotel health club
4) Clean rooms that are well maintained by the maids

Here are the minuses
1) older hotel
2) remodeling the hotel bar
3) no convenience center at the front desk to buy water or other snacks
4) the walk to your room is like a Las Vegas Hotel. You walk forever.
5) The temperature controls stink. My room was 85 degrees when I got there and you could not open the window. Their temperature controls just suck.
6) The beds are more comfortable at a typical Hilton Garden Inn then here.

A word to Hilton, "Remodel this Hotel completely!" Unfortunately, I probably will not stay here in the future.

As you could see we are under renovation in the Lobby, Restaurant and Bar areas. We are very excited about the renovation and are looking forward to its completion in April. Warm, friendly service! Clean, neat and comfortable! Worth the price.
Nice place to stay always! Great place for events also! Attended many functions at this hotel.

“Excellent customer service”

The customer service I received was outstanding from Mohamed. He works behind the desk and speaks more than 6 different languages. He is so friendly and helpful that it was a delight to pass by the front desk. He is by far the most helpful person I have met in a hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms that have southern exposure get sun through the entire afternoon even during the winter.

“Great Stay”

A really pleasant stay - clean rooms, courteous staff, great ambience, good food. Worth the money. Athough I had issues with the room keys not working on a regular basis, the staff helped me immediately with the problem. Overall a great stay..

“One average night...walls are PAPER thin!”

Stayed at this Hilton for a wedding. The property is renovating. The rooms were very nice (on the main floor) however the walls are very thin. I felt like our neighbor was in our room. Maybe a little bit of insulation during the renovation would have helped. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
