Our first room had no heat. This was a very cold night and after a wonderful young man tried at least 3 options, he arranged for us to move to a suite because the hotel was booked and a comperable room was not available. The two-room suite luckily had a bedroom area with heat because the sitting room also did not have heat. The staff was very accomodating but there was little they could do since the engineering staff had gone home for the night. The hotel itself needs some updating. The furniture was old and dated and the dust behind the bedside table was at least 3 months deep.
