Overall this hotel is very nice/comfortable. It is situated in a convient location in central Long Island. There were minor serviceabiliy issues w/ the unit I stayed in, but it was very clean. All the staff members were extremely professional and attentive to my needs. The only downside of staying here is that it was, in my opinion, overpriced. If you don't mind spending a little extra, consider staying at this location during your next trip to Long Island.

I had the joy of staying in a newly renovated room but it looked like the whole hotel was brand new. Everything from the lobby, front desk, bar, elevator, hallway and room was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room and find both a refrigerator and and a microwave near a coffee station. Great area! I travel often and I was surprised to see this room had both. Nice sitting area and very comfortable bed. Bathroom spacious although watch out when you turn on the water, as it will definitely come out full blast and splash you a bit. Once you do that once or twice, you don't forget! Other than that faucet, the service was fantastic. Everyone on every shift was so nice, friendly and very kind. I hope I can stay there again soon!

I've stayed at this hotel several times. This hotel has been very convenient and comfortable. I also appreciate the freshly made cookies in the lobby every evening. However this has been my first trip here since they remodeled the place. I know everybody wants to be "green" these days and thats fine. However, the bathroom sinks in the rooms have been slowed down to a trickle. This results in me spending more time at the sink or just using the bathtub for simple tasks like getting enough water to rinse my razor or toothbrush. I'm going to try the nearby courtyard hotel on my next trip just for comparison.

They were doing a little remodeling when I was there but the room I had looked brand new. Good mini restaurant and bar with just the right amount of selections for travelers. Walls are a little thin between rooms but other than that I had no real complaints. Check-in is so fast for Hilton Rewards members.
