Our hockey team recently stayed at the Country Inn and Suites on East Henrietta in Rochester. The service was excellent, they had a great breakfast buffet, cookies, movies for the kids to watch, board games to play and above all it was clean. We had a King Suite, it was perfect! Kudos to Gorden, he was very patient and kind to us!

I spent a night in this hotel and it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable, the hotel had free Wi-Fi, a great shower with a tub if you preferred a bath, a nice TV, free phone calls, and a free hot breakfast. The staff were very nice and the only thing that was not tempermental was the elevator but it worked after a few minutes. I am sorry that I didn't know about this hotel when I was visiting my daughter who went to college for four years in Rochester. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Rochester, New York!

Stayed here for a night while visiting a friend. Typical 2-3 star hotel. We stayed on the first floor by the pool. Not the greatest room location but it let us grab a cup of complimentary tea or cookies with ease. We also swam in the pool to get a bit of exercise.

No bed bugs. Dated but clean enough.

The breakfast surpassed my expectations. Sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, bagels, fruit, cereal, hardboiled eggs. A variety of juices and milk. It was very crowded as there was a high school or college basketball team staying there. The team and their coach were very polite and nice and made room for us. Such class and professionalism!

I would stay here again.

I've now stayed at this hotel twice, and it has become my hotel of choice in the Rochester area. It's clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is attentive, there is free internet, and the breakfast is much better than what one usually gets at a "breakfast included" hotel chain. This may be a strange thing to say, but the hotel just smells good. There are no lingering odors and the air doesn't smell stale.
