We came here during Huricane Irene. The rooms are clean, but the place needs major TLC. It's not high-end accomodations, but I have to say, the staff couldn't be nicer. Whatever we asked for, they accomodated us. When we needed to stay another night, they made sure we had had their bedst rooms. We had fun during the Huricane and it was an expereince we soon won't forget. My friends and I have already decided that if there is another Huricane next year, this is where we are going.

Came in from the east end of L.I. during hurricane Irene........Office staff was WONDERFUL.......rooms not elegant and did smell like smoke, but it was tolerable. Rooms were dated, but clean.

My only wish is that they had "no smoking rooms" and "no pet rooms"...........a good deal for the price!

About 30 minutes away from Main beach (and the cluster of beaches surrounding it). Rooms have HBO and boxy TVs. Really basic accommodations, which was exactly what I was looking for. Old, but clean. Decor reminiscent of the motels my parents and I stayed in when we went road-tripping in the 90s. I really liked it!

This hotel has the perfect location and the nicest staff. It's a shame the rooms are in such poor condition.

TV worked well, so did the AC. Bathroom was clean but there was a musty odor that lingered in the room and the hallway smelled like someone was smoking marijuana.

Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I guess it's OK if you need to crash.

It's not in the best part of town, but in Riverhead it's this for $69 or the hotels on Rte 58 that are waaaay overpriced ($160-$250)
