Recently stayed for two nights and I received a good deal of value for my money. It's right on I87; close to everything I needed; and the room was clean. Yes, the place is a little older, but room 121 worked out just fine for me and my girlfriend.

The place is obviously family owned, and the general manager (Plus staff) was very friendly and accomodating--have no fear at this nice little motel.

Easy access, right off 87. Located in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Room was neat and very quiet despite being just off the highway. Staff were courteous. Room was clean and just what we expected. Bed was comfortable and the pillows thick and fluffy! Internet connection was great! We will be staying there again.

Absolutely horrible! I don't know how they stay in business

Didn't book this hotel - Original hotel was overbooked and I was moved to this one (Guessing the same family owns it as well). They were friendly - I'll give them that, but unfortunately no amount of friendliness would have changed anything.

The non-smoking room was smoky and the blankets had cigarette burns on them.

The sheets were filthy, as were the carpets and there were huge cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

The room was damp and the trim was hanging off of the walls.

The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, and then screwed/painted back together.

Luckily I had booked through an agency - so was able to cancel reservation and got all my money back

The nonsmoking rooms smell very smoky. Someone's clothes were laying on the floor of the walkway to our room. We ended up eating the $70+ (because of the 72 hour cancellation policy.) and stayed at a nicer motel at the next exit. If you decide to stay there, don't book it ahead. I don't know about the cleanliness of the motel, I couldn't get past the well used, old, smoky motel odor.
