“Very basic, older no frills accommodations - not as nice as most other Super 8's”

This hotel is really more of a one star. While the room was advertised as a king suite, it is just a basic motel room with a king bed. Sheets and pillow cases were worn and thin. Fixtures and finishes are old. The room decor is unattractive and has not been updated in a long time. The bathrooms showed signs of wear and need updating. Cleanliness was ok. This is a very bare bones type of accommodation. If all you need is a bed and a roof over your head, then this is the place to stay, but it was on the low end of motels as far as I am concerned. The building itself is ugly too. The a.m. breakfast is pretty limited, and they do not offer decaf coffee, only regular. You basically get what you pay for.

This was one of the nicest Super 8s we've stayed in. You would pay at least double or triple the price at an upscale chain and you wouldn't get any better accommodations. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator, safe, ironing board, iron, hair dryer -- all of the conveniences the upscale chains are charging for, and more. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was even complimentary Internet access in the lobby. And, of course, free continental breakfast. Pulaski itself was a great surprise. We had no idea about the fishing mecca that is the Salmon River; we just needed a place to stay. We ended up touring the Salmon River Fish Hatchery and visiting Salmon River Falls. What fun!
