Spent the weekend there for shopping and had a great time, place was clean, breakfast was good and hot. For the price and so close to the mall and all other shopping in Plattsburg, worth the stay!!1

First time stay at this hotel, mini vacation as we live in Quebec. One hour 15 minutes drive, checked in around 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and checked out Monday around 11:00am. Good breakfast, fresh and a good variety. No hot tub but a fantastic pool which was actually heated. I recommend a room near the pool as there is no toilette in the pool area. No alcohol is permitted in the pool area and is strictly maintained. Room was very clean and had mini fridge and micowave, comfortable queen bed with cable tv. Close to shopping and adjoined the Nine-nine restaurant which we love. Booked through Priceline.com and was satisfied with the hotel staff that were very friendly. Good value for the money.

I chose this hotel because they advertise free shuttle to the airport. When I checked in, I was informed the shuttle ran from 8am-11pm. My flight was for 8:40 and needed to be there for 8, but was informed the shuttle will not leave before 8 . I informed the woman that was the only reason I booked them. She apologized and told me to call a cab! I could have spent the night at a less priced place, since I wasn't there to enjoy the amenities. It was a nice, clean hotel- but I will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

What a wonderful way to end our holiday. We stayed at the Inn at Smithfield at the end of September in one of the whirlpool suite.. Wonderful and relaxing... the only complaint was that after a long day of driving all we wanted to do was order room service and enjoy the whirlpool.. Well room service was not available from the attached restaurant .. not bad though, that being the only thing wrong.. wonderful breakfast and great check in, check out experience. This will definitely be a hotel we will stop at again.
