My parents swear by this motel!!
The price is great and rooms are very clean.
They were spent there anniversary here,And got a beautiful room,and were treated with the most respect,thank you to all the staff for making there anniversary happy:)

We stayed their one night on our motorcycle trip from Toronto to New Brunswick. It is very handy for the ferry across Lake Champlain. The staff was very helpful - he helped me with access to the internet to retrieve a phone number, and found a prop we needed to service my motorcycle chain. The room was small and with older fixtures, and you need to bring shampoo, but it was clean and relatively quiet. Great value.

We found the Motel on the internet and decided to give it a try from the normal chains. It was for a weekend stay.
The place is VERY CLEAN, WITH FRESH PAINT, UPDATED ROOMS, AIR WORKS GREAT, WITH A MICROWAVE AND SMALL FRIG. The STAFF IS FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE and willing to please. Its also very close to the beach. A short SHORT Walk. I do need to point out the motel is older so the rooms are based on the old templates for motels from years gone buy. But they work!
This place makes for a great place to stay and hit the beach or the launch point for your fishing on Lake Champlain.

This motel was perfect for fishing Lake Champlain. It has everything that fisherman need: ample boat / truck parking, plenty of electrical hook ups, security cameras, a large laundry facility, fridge and microwave, wireless internet, and only 5 minutes to the boat ramp. It is an older, no frills motel run by great people. During our big tournament, they even hosted a big cookout for all the anglers. We come to Lake Champlain every couple of years to fish, and we will definitely come back.
