Just don't stay there if you want to deal with a place that is customer service and quality orientated. I believe the guests experience is the least thing on their mind. The manager whose name is Alicia, or Leshia (she likes to answer the phone like that) is the rudest, judgemental, unrealistic, cold, b*$(# I have ever came across in my life. She out right lies about losing reservations, and sells the rooms for a higher rate and claims to have no knowledge of doing so. She has no consideration for the family that is staying there, or is supposed to stay there, and would most likely either be driving around all night, or sleeping in the car *with children* bc everything else is booked. Even if you do have proof you booked it, they claim it was never in their system. Ya the rates are cheap bc they have cheap ignorant employees. Housekeepers smoke in the rooms while cleaning, they have access to your room when you are gone, and ask their names, I can put money that most of them have had trouble with the law in the past. So criminals, being around your personal items, ready for their discount. Also, they will also lie, for the manager. They are the ones talking about how bossy she is and how she thinks she owns the place bc the actual owners are in India on vacation (since last November). The housekeepers constantly complain and talk trash behind her back, then are at her beckon call to make up lies to support what Alicia wants done. Not very worried, lawyers have been called BBB is investigating, as well as their primary source of income, and the police have a close eye on that building. Oh, and pretty sure I saw lots of drug deals going on in rooms with 2-4 children running in and out. So, if you want to save a few bucks, keep this roach hole, drug infested, piece of crap place and it's garbage lying employees in business, then book today. Bullet proof vests are suggested for stay bullets from crack heads rooms. Spend the extra 5-10 dollars and go to Micro-tel, days inn, econo lodge, Hampton inn....they are all within a mile of each other, and you will be so happy you made a good choice to not even waste a minutes TRYING to check in with a lost reservation.

• The management and registration staff received additional training in properly registering our valued guests.
• The management and registration staff received additional training in the proper way in which they are to treat our valued guests.
• The housekeeping staff received additional training concerning the professional way in which they are to talk and conduct themselves while working as our employees. Smoking on the job is definitely not allowed and this has been made clear.
