I stayed here on business. Not a bad hotel. Room was a little cold even with heat on. Breakfast was fine. Very simple. I just had the waffles. WIFI worked in the room. Parking was confusing. I ended parking in the back.

My wife and I stayed here while touring along the Seaway Trail. Front desk personnel were awesome ! Very helpful with directions and shopping tips etc. Room was gorgeous. We had 2 queen beds with a balcony overlooking river. Room came with fridge. Inside we found 2 complimentary bottles of water. Good location for bars as there is one beside hotel and one across the street. There are no malls within walking distance but you can shop at some of the local shops downtown. The weight room is huge. Lots of machines etc. Breakfest was included in the morning. Muffins,bagels,cereal, toast, fruit, waffles and yogurt. I would stay here again !

This is my second time i have stood on this site and is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. Everytime I do stay here I am so pleased with the service and the qulaity of this hotel. The rooms over look the river which feels relaxing just looking out the window. Rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, food service is fresh, the excersie room is spacious and well equipted, and the pool area and pool is very clean. Overall the hotel and location is great.

I just arrived to this 5 star class hotel. The hotel is well localed, next to great restaurants and very accesible to main routes. The hotel is prime, recently renovated and from the time you arrive, the staff welcomes you with a great smile. The hotel has very nice features like a great indoor pool, sauna, and great breakfast area. Rooms are very clean (we got an oversized room). Great for families with kids. Definetly, this hotel is worth the price. If you are planning to stay in Oswego, this hotel is a must.
