Stayed here for two nights over the 4th of July weekend with a friend based pretty much on the Trip Advisor reviews. We weren't disappointed. It's a fun, cozy inn, and the guys who run it are friendly without being intrusive.
We liked chatting with the other guests over the delicious breakfasts. My favorite was the pancakes, even my figure-conscious travel companion ate every morsel.
Property itself is nice, you have a couple of common areas to relax in, plus the backyard. It's very convenient to Oneonta and Cooperstown (assuming you have a car).
We waited a bit longer to reserve than maybe we should have and got the Cody room; smallish twin beds wouldn't suit a six-footer, but we're both shorter than that. Emails setting up the reservation were friendly.
Only possible quibble is that there are just two bathrooms for four <?> guest rooms. Wasn't really a problem for us, and we all seemed to be on different schedules. On the plus side, if you forgot to bring a single bathroom item (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, etc.) they have them for you.
This one is really worth your while.

Thank you so much for your review ! It was a pleasure to have you here this past weekend. Word of mouth is the greatest form of marketing for sure. Just for clarification, I have a room on the first floor that has a private bathroom with sit down shower. Upstairs three rooms share two full bathrooms. Hope to see you again in the future. Thanks again !
