This is a late in posting. The first time I booked here, I had reserved 3 rooms with my credit card. I had to call back and cancel 2 of the rooms. When I showed up, they had cancelled all of my rooms. I had to travel to Bradford, PA. to find a place to stay, because of the popularity of fall colors. The front desk was not friendly, I had to call the main phone number for Hampton, to get anything done. Grudgingly, I was given a free night certificate. My husband and I finally got a chance to use this certificate, we were given a king size bed with the tub in the same room. It was nice, but never again. There were parties that went on all night long, the walls are paper thin, and who knew that water running through the pipes of other rooms could make such a racket in our room. By 2:30 am, I had made 3 trips to the front desk to complain, no one would come to our room to listen to the noise. I was told, there was a party going on, that they would address it and the noise, was a flaw in the construction of the building. If you want to sleep, bring earplugs or do not stay here. I cannot believe that they have a sleep study program here.

Misses:
- HVAC fan cannot be left on to mask noise through walls with minimal soundproofing
- desk chair not high enough
- floor light switch didn't work
- widescreen LCD TV but no HD channels
- "industrial appearance" lobby entrance with plexiglass wall protectors

Hotel staff is very nice and courteous. I really liked having the DVD players in the rooms with free DVD rentals. That alone made the hotel the best in my book!
