great hotel and value, breakfast is good and service is better than in most diners, rooms are very clean and front desk staff is friendly and effective,

Stayed at this hotel for skiing at Ellicotville.As previous reviewers have mentioned the area around his hotel is somewhat scenic being surrounded by the Allegany Mts. If you stay here in winter with young kids there is toboganing just down the street.The only complaint,although minor, is that they should designate one entrance in the back of the hotel that should be cleared of snow as when I was there the snow was 2-3 feet deep. P.S. Lookout for deer in the wooded area right behind the hotel.

Was in olean for business for 2 days. Perfect location and very cute. Staff were nice, rooms were clean and overall very friendly and accomdating staff. I forgot some items in my rooms and the staff reacted really fast to get them over to me. There is a college right across from the hotel. if i was a parent I would definetly stay there! Breakfast was better than usual limited service hotels as well which is a plus healthy options and good coffee.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a more upscale family chain hotel but with the added touch of a bit of a homey feel! Excellent food and fantastic wait and front desk staff. They really make you feel at home! Rooms are clean and tidy but a bit cookie-cutter.

The scenery around the hotel is really great. Rolling green hills, forests and clean air. It looks like nothing I've ever associated with "New York"!
