Nice, clean place to stay in Olean. Good breakfast.. Friendly and helpful front desk crew.

I have stayed in many hotels for business and pleasure, and I have stayed in Country Inn and Suites around the east coast. I have to say that this is the nicest Country Inn and Suites I have ever stayed in. I feel the owner goes above and beyond to provide the guests with comfort and cleanliness. I have stayed in this particular hotel twice before - a total of 3 times. On one of my visits with my family, the heater in one of our 2 rooms was not working correctly (in December). The manager came up (10:30 pm) couldn't fix it , so upgraded us to a Jacuzzi Suite at no extra charge. About one week later at home I received a certificate for a free night in the hotel for the upgraded room category any time during 2011. I call that above and beyond the call of duty. They provide a breakfast, included in the price, as well as a "TO GO " breakfast, packaged with a water bottle, trail mix, a granola bar and a fresh apple. They also provide fresh baked cookies round the clock. The rooms are clean and modern and very roomy. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough.....

Stayed at this hotel for skiing at Ellicotville.As previous reviewers have mentioned the area around his hotel is somewhat scenic being surrounded by the Allegany Mts. If you stay here in winter with young kids there is toboganing just down the street.The only complaint,although minor, is that they should designate one entrance in the back of the hotel that should be cleared of snow as when I was there the snow was 2-3 feet deep. P.S. Lookout for deer in the wooded area right behind the hotel.
