first , there was no response to emails or calls. the last minute, was able to contact them and assured us of an airport pick up, but when we arrive at the airport of santorini, nobody was there to pick us up. when we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody on the reception area at 8pm. we had to wait for almost an hour and to make things worst, when the owner finally arrived, they told us that they are full and cant accomadate us, although our reservation was confirmed and guaranted by my credit card by their system. travelled almost the whole day to reach santorini and just to be told that we dont have any place to stay. so we have to look for another hotel and arrived almost midnight. that was a very bad experience for us.

By far the WORST hotel I have every stayed in when traveling. The rooms are old and the bathrooms are dirty with ants crawling around. The service is HORRIBLE! The lady who owns the hotel is not even at the front desk most of the time, people have to wait around to check in cause she runs back and forth between hotels or takes off to get lunch and theres no sign saying so. On the day my friend and I went to check out she owed us money but wasnt around and we had a bus to catch. I crawled over the front desk and finally found a phone and called her and she said she was out at the airport. When she finally came back she handed me the money and walked away and i was so angry i went off about how poorly a hotel she was running and she just turned around and laughed and said "well what do u expect for 35 euro a night" and walked off. No apology or anything! do not stay here there are much better hotels and dont expect ur change back and checkout or any help for that matter!!

After 5 weeks of travelling around Europe this was far the worst hotel we stayed in.
After sending an email to the hotel requesting the port transfer advertised we heard nothing back from the hotel. We arrived to the port at 10pm at night with no pickup there. After calling the hotel all they said to us was to get a taxi to the hotel. All the taxi's had already left by this stage so we had to pay another hotel driver to get us there (Ironically it was the hotel right next to Blue Sky Villa).
We then arrive to the hotel at 1030pm to find a man cleaning the pool who told us that one of our rooms was unavailable and still being cleaned and that it wont be finished for another half an hour.
Both the rooms were small and both were triple. Even though we paid for a double and a triple. In one of the rooms the tv and air con were broken, a bed had broken slates and the toliet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. We told the reception in the morning about the toliet and it did not get fixed the 3 nights we were there. The shower curtains had mould down the bottom of them aswell.
Somebody was only at Reception in the early morning and thats it. If u wanted to contact them when somebody wasn't there you had to call a mobile number.
We spoke to reception about organising another transfer but this time to the airport as we were flying to Athens the next day. She told us that there was a transfer at 1030 to take us to the airport.
As told a transfer arrived at 1030. We all got on the bus and the same lady watched us get on that bus without saying anything to us. After going to their other hotel just a few minutes away we were on our way. Not to our knowledge the transfer was going to the Port and not to the Airport. When we arrived at the Port they told everybody to get off the bus. We were totally confused as to our understanding we were meant to be taken to the airport. We tried to talk to the driver who got rather angry and put us on the phone to his wife. All she said was that it was our own fault for getting on the wrong transfer and that now we had to take a taxi to the airport.
They did not offer any other solution and was rather rude about it. We then had to pay for yet another taxi to take us to the airport and only just got to our flight on time!

The hotel is in a good location and the pool area was nice to go back and relax in. Breakfast was basic but met our needs. It does have free wi-fi internet which was handy!

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet the basic requirements we look for in any hotel. Cleanliness and Hospitality!

Definately would not be returning to this hotel or recommending it to any of my friends

We stayed on May 2008, it was fantastic!!
The weather was very warm so it was great to have a swimming pool to refresh yourself. The owner was very helpful all the time, she even let me use her personal computer to send a few emails. The breakfast is very simple but worth. In 5 min you are in the centre of Firá, but you sleep perfect because you don't hear nothing.

I hope to come back as soon as possible!!
