...When we found this place. The photos look exactly like the website. Amazing view and had nothing but great interactions with the staff. Maria at reception and Lukas (sp?) went above and beyond any help needed. They are truly an asset to a great hotel. The views are amazing, the breakfasts were good but nothing spectacular but again the staff was verfy fast and efficient. It is located along a busy road but never heard any road noise as the rooms face the caldera. It would probably be about a 20 minute walk into town but probably not bad as you wold see the caldera most of the way. They have a shuttle that goes several times a day and they even gave us a ride to our ferry, which again was above anything they HAD to do. We got there about 3 days after peak season and got a great rate. The pool was nice and never had more than a few other people around it. Would stay there again. We had a room on the lower floor of the main building that walks right out into the pool area. You could spend more and get a room higher up or a suite built more into the side of the caldera but we felt we had a great view, esp. for the price.

We stayed for a week towards the end of September, beginning of October. I have to say Lilium Villas definitely met my expectations from reading previous reviews. We had a room on the floor below the pool level and we had a great view from our bedroom of the Caldera. The room itself is quite plain but in a good way, our bed was comfortable and there was a day bed by the window. The bathroom was very clean but I would say there's room for perhaps a bit of an upgrade. Upstairs from our room there was a little bar area and breakfast room - breakfast is pretty samey each day but as it's continental there's something for everyone.
Outside the breakfast room there's the pool which has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and there's a button you can press from your sun lounger if you want to order some drinks or lunch! The staff here are really helpful - we were delayed by a day because of a strike at the airport - and we were pleased to hear we could stay an extra night in the same room. The shuttle bus service into town is also really handy and if you miss it you can alway pay €4 for the driver to drop you off - it's about a five minute journey. So, all in all we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Lilium Villas.

Excellent service with competent and friendly staff. Magnificent view. Very relaxing and nice atmosphere. Nothing negative at all.

The views look just like the pictures...they are absolutely amazing! Short walk to town or free shuttle offered by the hotel. We loved our stay. The front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. We would come back in a heartbeat.
