didn't like this hotel. was old and the closet smelled like bug spray. Air conditioner leaked water that would drain onto the porch in front of the entry to your room!! Needless to say when you get home late at night and forget you can easily fall! Bathroom toilet ran for about 15 minutes after every flush. Water pressure was non existent.
Location was good, 5 minute walk to bus terminal. 10 minute drive to airport.
Buffett breakfast was pretty good.

We had a 2-night stay in the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, it is conveniently located in Fira Town and it's a short 3-minute walk to the food and shopping places in Fira. We like the clean and modern rooms and bathrooms and there are facilities to boil hot water and make beverages in the room. The swimming pool is nice and they serve simple breakfast by the pool. The service staff were helpful in confirming our transfers and making sure that we got onto the right bus. Good place to stay for a holiday in Santorini.

The ONLY main plus is the good location of the hotel right beside to the main square, but the rooms are just really small and quite dirty with extremely hard beds.
Also, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet leaked water. The cleaning staff has seen at least the broken toilet seat but decided to not do anything about it. Also, the breakfast was quite disappointing… the bread isn't even fresh!
The staff, particularly the manager (one blonde young lady) was unfriendly, rude and unaccommodating. Even if she sees you and you smile on her, she will completely ignore as if she did not see anybody passed by. She is totally terrrible. She does not know the meaning of customer service, or simply the so called MANNERS. Overall, the hotel is somewhere between one and two stars but far away from the four star classification it advertises.

GoAhead Tours booked us into this dump and I'd advise anyone not to stay there.

The room was tiny, furnished in junk, and it took forever for the hot water to trickle out of the shower head. Allow at least twice the time to shower in the morning.

This place is a dump despite the pretty photos you might see because the lobby and pool area are inviting. But when you enter your room, you'll wish you'd stayed elsewhere.
