A very welcoming hotel when you check in.. if you ask for anything - forget it.. the charm of the employees is only there when you check in. There are notes on the room refrigerators that say do not bring any food/drinks from outside to put in their refrigerator...also, you will get yelled at if you bring a bottle of water to the pool area.. this happened to my 84 year old aunt..if you don't buy it from them and pay 4 times the amount then you can't drink it there. There is a grocery store across the street - which is the only plus for this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again... The hospitality sucked big time.. The beds were like concrete slabs.. breakfast was decent.. but they watch you like hawks...really odd...there is an older woman that lurks about and screams at the employees in greek..

Smaill rooms, dirty, Bad decoration. Housekeeping forgot to check the wardrobe and I found inside a filthy shirt of the previous customer. Being in Santorini, with no sea view is rather stupid. Breakfast was plasticky in general, no fresh fruits and milk was long due!

We decided to enjoy our honeymoon in Greece, and our travel agent chose this hotel for our stay in . Coming from our really nice hotel in Athens, I was not impressed. I pretty much had a meltdown when we came into the room. I definetely did not expect something like that. The hotel outside looked really nice, although we didn't spend that much time there, but I was quite disappointed when I came into the room. It was a 2 bedroom hotel, a queen size bed and another single bed in a weird corner of the room. The decor was horrible, there was an old ragged piece of cloth on top of the bed that just grossed me out, and the bathroom was horrible. The towels were wet when I went to take a shower, and there was some draining problems with the shower. There was water coming out of the bottom of the toilet, it just felt like you had come into a 1960s bathroom. I am not usually too picky with hotels, but when you are paying that much, and it is your honeymoon... you expect a little more from a Category A hotel. The breakfast buffet was not impressive, you had to pay an extra 2 euros for a cappucino...

This hotel was in a fantastic location. The room was clean but small. However we had a great balocny overlooking the well maintained gardens. The pool and bar area is fantastic and the staff are great. Restaurant wasn't very good but than you only have to walk 5 mins to the centre on Santorini.
