“Worth every penny, value for money”

We didnt got the sea view apartment, but the room on the ground floor is still nice, with a lovely kitchen and 10 foot steps from the Aegean sea view, the hostess is very helpful, we stayed there for 4 nights, she did our laundry for free. Even tough is bit far from the Oia, but you can enjoy the amazing view during the 15 minutes walk! Love it will definitely recommend!

“Gorgeous View”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 December 2011

The view from the room is one of the most amazing sites in the world. The rooms aren't anything spectacular, but they are clean with a big bed and small kitchen (what more can you ask for?). If you plan on hanging out in your room the entire trip (shame on you), then you may want to book a big fancy resort. But if you appreciates personal, friendly service, a clean room, free cake & juice, and waking up to a giant blue ocean- then this place is for you! We could not have been happier with all of the help Dmitri gave us upon arrival: a map, directions, restaurant recommendations, and he booked a boat tour for us! He was not pushy at all and was simply happy to answer our questions and help us get to most out of our time on Santorini.

Room Tip: You have to get a caldera view room. It is heaven!

“Incredible stay! Cave house is the way to go!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

We had a wonderful time at Aspa Villas. We stayed in a traditional cave house and that is definitely the best choice at Aspa Villas. The view of the caldera is amazing. You can see the incredible sunset from just outside your room -- no need to go into town and fight the crowds. It's such a quiet and peaceful location, but only a 10 minute (max.) walk into Oia. There are two grocery stores nearby where you can get supplies so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Breakfast is not included, but they did have water, orange juice, and cake waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine on our second day, which we thought was very generous of Nicoleta.

In terms of the cave itself, we found it nice and quite spacious for two people. The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, but it was extra long which will be a bonus if you are really tall. The bathroom was spacious enough and the shower was the best one we've encountered in Europe. It was North-American style (mounted showerhead, full shower curtain, with high enough sides on the bathtub) and a welcome treat after a couple of weeks of bad shower experiences elsewhere in Europe.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and were sad to have to leave after three days!

Room Tip: It is totally worthwhile to pay the extra money for a cave room. You won't regret it!

“great price performing bed and breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

We had the option of a standard room or the cave room. We took the cave room which of course is small along with a tiny bathroom but really you want to spend most of you time sitting out on your patio for the view. the owners are great and very helpful. a great location as you can walk to the main spots in owa along the path. preferred being here which is much quieter than being right in the middle of owa. also nice to go up and hang out at the small pool. free wi-fi as well. AWESOME

Room Tip: get a cave room as the views are amazing especially at night
