The must is the view when you wake up, you open the door of the splendid little 25m² villa and you embrace the sea and the vulcano. Sunrise and Sunset are the most beautiful times. The villa has everything to make your stay unbelievable (kitchen, bathroom, room) you feel at home, the terrasse is very nice and the swmming pool is big. Welcome is a special treat, the owner is very nice and call talk for hours about his island. Location is perfect nearby you have one the nicest tavern, Santorini Mou where to spend lovely memorable evenings, a bus takes you in a few minutes to Oia but you can even go walking; Don't forget your camera, so many spots to remember! A very nice place. My friend and I grealty appreciated it; Enjoy your stay!

We stayed in the Atlantida Villas for a week in June 2010 (can't believe it's taken so long for me to review it!) and I would recommend it highly. It's even better than a hotel as the rooms are like small self-contained apartments with a great balcony and fantastic views. The pool area is very relaxing and also has a great view. It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Oia, which was no issue to us as we enjoy walking and it was nice to be slightly outside the centre which could get very crowded at times. Atlantida Villas offers a free shuttle service to Oia anyway.
The owner, Georgios, was extremely helpful, arranged pick up from the airport, recommended great restaurants and couldn't do enough for us.
I would definitely go back to Atlantida Villas and recommend it to others also.

This place is listed as a hotel but when we got there we discovered it wasn't really one as I understand the definition. It's actually self-contained holiday apartments with basic cooking facilities and an American style kitchenette in each flat. The flats were comfortable, but basic and no way 'four star'. Breakfast was served by the .. err.... 'hotel' staff in the mornings and was very good indeed, but otherwise we had to foot it into town for lunch and dinner - there is no restaurant on site. I also would not recommend staying here to anyone with mobility problems... lots of steps up and down to the various levels that the flats are on. The pool is pleasant and well maintained and the view is stunning but if I'd known it was not the four star hotel I was expecting I wouldn't have booked it. The other problem is that it is a good 15 minutes walk out of OIa town: downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back, especially steep along the little path overlooking the caldera, so again not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Arriving at Atlantida Villas took my breath away. Perched on the hills of Oia, the view is spectacular. We settled right into our loft villa, which was simple, but very clean and comfortable - and again, the view!!!

Even better than the beauty was the amazing service. Atlantida is family owned & operated and they truly make you feel welcome. We arrived early and they invited us to lounge by the pool while they got our room ready. They gave us terrific restaurant and beach suggestions and even stored our things for us after our check-out because we caught a late-night ferry.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The price is very reasonable and certainly worth every penny. My husband and I hope to return some day!
