We found this hotel through the Lonely Planet Book where it was highly recommended. They weren't wrong. The hotel is beautiful and has 2 swimming pools. We had a room on the ground floor which had a small seating area by the second pool which was a lovely quiet spot. The maid service was excellent in terms of cleanliness and friendliness - I hope the staff are valued as they should be. Breakfast too was excellent and the courtyard area where this was served together with drinks throughout the day and evening was very pretty. The bar service too was excellent. The hotel is situated at the centre of a very pretty little fishing village which has several excellent restaurants and is well placed for touring the local area and beaches. It has a very nice looking spa which, unfortunately I didn't get to use this time. However, it is a hotel I would definitely wish to return to someday not too far away when I will use all the faciliites! I would highly recommend it for a very relaxing and comfortable break, particularly for couples.

This hotel is well worth its price and reputation. Only two niggling things about the room: A noisy fan in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off (solved by plugging with wet towels) and no wi-fi inside (yes on the terrace... but hey... you're on holiday right? Stop playing with the iphone)!
The breakfast was fine, but expensive at 13 euros.

we stayed there with our 15-month old little son and although the breakfast area and the pools are indeed very nice, the room was too small given the prize, and it is a hassle with a baby if you have to hunt for food (no dinner or warm food at the hotel). additionally, the fact that the rooms are not really sound-proof wasn't exactly relaxing with a small child. good for couples, not so much for families. nice restaurants across the street by the sea.

This is a beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, everything maintained to an excellent standard. The buildings and the pools are in a lovely setting. It would be an oasis of peace and tranquility were it not for the primary school playground right next to it.
The village is a quiet fishing village with a few restaurants in the main square and on the seafront. Wonderful if you are looking for rest and relaxation.
