We are quite disappointed with your comment and to notice you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel, but we'll try to give some explanations and to correct some of your assumptions.You have booking for 4 night and you leave after the first night without explanation, in accordance with our condition of booking we have charge two nights, maybe it's a motivation for your bad critique.

First we are the owners of the Hotel and also the persons at the reception/bar. We try to manage our hotel in a friendly manner, to maintain a good athmophere and are more than happy to see people coming back, not only looking to make money out of it as you argued.and all the feedback are all positif, we have 8.9/10 on booking.com on 36 reviews.


You are totally right when you suppose we are a two-star hotel and i'm sure that our hotel is a very good two stars, we have three star logis de france and we are on the red guide michelin, but we are surprised to note that it was unclear to you as neither our rates nor our website are misleading on this point. Of course, we expect our clients to judge us, taking into account our ranking and our rates, to give a correct picture of the value for the money of our hotel.

Regarding, the smell, we understand it as potentially a stay at the studios flats floor, equiped with kitchens. We make all the efforts necessary to maintain satisfaction in the use of the kitchens but keeping smells at a low level in the corridors, and we'll do even more in the future to avoid such inconvenience.

Regarding seats , we have only have iron forge chairs (exterior) and solid oak (interior).
For breakfast, we use only orange juice 100% pure juice first quality
but I think it's your bad faith, which is unlimited.
Regarding the air conditioning, on 31 rooms, 26 are air-conditioned and you did not book a room with the air conditioning.
