With its very central location and the Sheraton brand, this hotel has what it takes to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Although the rooms seem to be somewhat tired and in need of refurbishing, they are still quite ok. Right across the street is the Seneca casino, and its a mere 8 minute walk to the falls and the state park. Lots of dining options close by, within a few minutes walking, including Indian restaurants, as well as fast food like Denny's. We had a few issues with the check in, where the clerk was kind of stand-offish, and also with the tax they wanted to charge for the breakfast, which was included in the room price. Since the room rate attracted tax which was paid, why bill the customer for tax again ? Strangely enough, though the clerk reversed the charge on my complaint, later I found that my credit card had been charged anyhow!
These were relatively trivial issues, and we did enjoy staying at this hotel and would recommend it.
