used a groupon to stay overnight at this hotel. I was very pleased. I was traveling with a small dog. Room was clean. Checkin was smooth. Staff was friendly. Location was fantastic.

rooms are nice. Bed was very comfortable. Water was luke warm at best. Had to leave the fan running, as outside noise made it difficult to sleep. t.g.i.f. on site had great food and service. Found value for money was very good. Outside parking was not an issue. Would recommend other than the cold shower. Reception on 5th floor for rewards customers was a very pleasant feature, with drinks and snacks included.(beer and wine)

The wonderful news since my most memorable October 2011 stay is that Sheraton At The Falls is updating and adding new and renewed facilities and services to serve the guests even better than before! They include:

A. A new Link By Sheraton Business Center facility featuring four new computer terminals and a printer. This will double the previous capacity of the Business Center and will enable
the hotel to serve the needs of the guest better. This is available now (opened in Dec.).

B. A new upcoming Fitness Center featuring equipment by Core Performance will add brand
new and the very latest in fitness equipment to the property. This facility will be up and running in the coming months.

C. A new Starwood Preferred Guest Club Lounge will be coming on board in the near future
as well. It will have a continental breakfast in the morning and snacks, beverages, and other
items in the evening. This will be a valuable addition to the repeat and frequent traveling guests.

In addition, during my October 2011 stay, I noticed some renovations going on in terms of the hallways on the 2nd floor, and am sure that other improvements will be made in the months to come.

While these improvements are wonderful, the most outstanding characteristic of Sheraton At The Falls is its unwavering committment to outstanding and exceptional customer service in every departmental area. This hotel has always exceeded my high expectations, and look forward to my 9/29/12-10/10/12 stay to experience these new improvements, along with continuing to work with such an outstanding management and staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. They have the freindliest staff. Rooms are beatiful...very vclean and spacious. I would highly recommend and it's right across the street from the casino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
