The Hotel in Niagara New York was a mediocre spot to go. The outside of the building looked rather run down and out dated and there weren't very many parking spots within relative walking distance to the front door. The lobby of the Hotel was modern and looked fairly nice for the amount of money you spent but it could have been a lot better. The room was fairly nice, my mother and I weren't too concerned about the look as much as the comfort. The sheets were clean and the pillows were nice but the mattress felt old and I woke up with pain in my lower back. If you’re staying there try to keep your curtains closed because the view is of a rundown city of pavement. The only good part of the Hotel is that you’re relatively close to the casino and the Falls. If you’re bored and want to head into downtown Niagara; don't. The city is living 30 years in the past and there is very little parking. There were a few good Restaurants in town but most of them were old, greasy pizzerias. The trip to Niagara sure was a memorable one, but for all the wrong reasons.
