Overall I would not stay here again unless I was really hurting for money. You get what you pay for, I suppose. The beds were hard and unsupportive at the edges, the bedding was very humble (two thin blankets, no duvet), and the breakfast was unacceptable (no real butter for the make-them-yourself waffles, a vat of eggs next to a greasy vat of patty sausage, cereal, pre-packaged donuts and muffins... the only edibles were boiled eggs and fruit). As to the staff, when we went down at around 9:30pm nobody was at the desk so we couldn't ask about food in the area (which, btw, is not seemingly abundant). But, what's most disturbing is that when we left our room in the morning there was an opened dirty couch-bed at the end of the hallway next to the elevator.
The only things good about this hotel: proximity to the park, quiet at night, clean enough, affordable. If you're on a tight budget and are not too concerned about comfort or service then this might be for you.
