Seems to be newly renovated. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included. Close to the airport. Will return again.

This was our 4th stay at the Best Western Summit Inn and again we had a wonderful stay.
The recent renovations look great and the new fridge and microwave in all the rooms was a great addition. The pool room looks wonderful and the water was a perfect temperature.
The breakfast was good, with enough choices to keep us all happy.
You cannot beat the price of this hotel for a weekend away.
If you stay here, the midnight bowling at the bowling alley next door is a lot of fun too!

I made a reservation at this hotel buy internet and the next morning around 9 am I cancelled and around 1pm that day I called to make sure they got my email and they said no . So I said that I cancelled in morning clerk said that I would still be charged for the room because I didn't cancelle within 24hr peroid. I said I couldn't do that because there wasn't enough time , because I booked it the night before to be there the next day but I didn't make it . But they still charge me for a night that I didn't stay . So I don't think that was a fair because I didn't have time to cancell, so make sure when reserve a room at the best western summit inn in ny you got 24 hours to change your mind or your charged

We have been going to Niagara Falls N.Y. for short trips for 30 years, however this is the first time in all those years we have stayed at this hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. The front lobby is quite inviting and very clean. The desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room was spotless and quite large, with the usual amenities. Free wi-fi, shampoo, hand lotion, etc. We did find the heater worked well but was quite noisy. The hotel offered a free continental breakfast which was quite adequate, toast, danish, english muffins, waffles and hard boiled eggs. The coffee was quite good and nice and hot. The breakfast room is probably the largest we have ever seen, lots of tables and chairs and no one had to wait for a table, which was a nice change. We did have one problem, after we checked in and removed our shoes we discovered the carpet in the bathroom area was soaking wet. We did put some towels down and informed the front desk the next morning. They were quick to remedy the problem, they put a large fan in the room and after a day of shopping we arrived back to find the carpet was quite dry. The hotel also has a large indoor swimming pool, which is quite nice. One of the reasons we tried this hotel is because we take our granddaughters to Fantasy Island in July and we were looking for something close to there with a pool. This hotel certainly met our expectations for a family visit. We would definitely return, the rates are very reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
