My family and I decided to go to Buffalo to do some cheap outlet shopping. We decided to stay over for one night so that we can shop more. We decided to stay at the Red Carpet Inn and after reading previous reviews, I am slightly indifferent. The Red Carpet Inn is very old and run down, but other nearby inns and motels looked the same. Therefore this vicinity had limited hotel/motel/inn choices. The room had two double beds, a washroom, a table with chairs, mini fridge and microwave. The overall decor was outdated and I never took off my shoes once. The red carpet looked dirty and disgusting. The washroom was mediocre and the shower needed more cleaning. I was disappointed with the rate of $79 American considering the accommodation this hotel offered. The only highlight was the closeness this inn was to the nearby outlets and shopping. I only recommend this place for people who need to stay for one night for solo or group travelers. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay more than one night. Trust me!
