“Bed Bugs Beware! Horrible Experience!”

We stayed at Red Carpet Inn during our recent trip to Niagara Falls. It was the worst hotel experience and we travel a lot. The room was filthy, everything looked shabby. The worst thing, however, was being bitten by bed bugs. I have red marks all over my body, they itch a lot and look disgusting. I have to have all my clothes professionally cleaned. I will never stay at this place again. What a terrible experience.

“Horrible and Dark Place!”

This hotel or "Inn" should be closed by the health deparment. They were buggs all over!
When I woke up next day I have over 20 buggs bites, I showed this to the managers or "owners" and they said " we will ck this out" I showed the pictures from my camera and my body they seem to have no concern. They did not offer to make an adjustment on the bill.
I paid $90.00 a night to get bed buggs! Please do not stay there.

Room Tip: Dirty-Dark-Buggs

“DO NOT STAY HERE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 July 2011

Having read reviews on here I had low expectations. This place still managed to disappoint.

Don't believe a thing on the website:
Pool - empty, failed a health inspection
completely upgraded & refurbished last year- some repainting was done, apparently by a two year old judging by the amount of paint splashed everywhere, fitting in bathrooms old and damaged, furniture falling apart
All rooms have telephones - no they dont
Wifi in every room - no there isn't
"Personal best service is also about our hotel employees looking for little things": never mind the little things what about the big things, ability to check people in, took three attempts to get the right type of rrom, try to check at 9 in the mornng (a popular time you would have thought) reception closed and locked and nobody answering the phone. Any attempt to complain met by total indifference.

And it wasn't just us, talking to others staying at the same time, all had met the same attitude from staff.

You might think like me, well I only need somewhere to put my head down and it seems cheap and close. Don't make the same mistake I made.

“Very run down and cheap...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 November 2010

My family and I decided to go to Buffalo to do some cheap outlet shopping. We decided to stay over for one night so that we can shop more. We decided to stay at the Red Carpet Inn and after reading previous reviews, I am slightly indifferent. The Red Carpet Inn is very old and run down, but other nearby inns and motels looked the same. Therefore this vicinity had limited hotel/motel/inn choices. The room had two double beds, a washroom, a table with chairs, mini fridge and microwave. The overall decor was outdated and I never took off my shoes once. The red carpet looked dirty and disgusting. The washroom was mediocre and the shower needed more cleaning. I was disappointed with the rate of $79 American considering the accommodation this hotel offered. The only highlight was the closeness this inn was to the nearby outlets and shopping. I only recommend this place for people who need to stay for one night for solo or group travelers. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay more than one night. Trust me!

“Horrible.. stay away!”

We traveled to niagara, and of course Im a typical budget conscious traveleller so I opted to stay in the cheapest hotel in town. And It was a horrible experience. The linens looked like it wasnt laundered very well, the carpet was smelly and dirty. I didnt even use their pillows, i opted to use my tiny car pillows in order to survive nightly stay in that horror hotel.
