This hotel was a very good value, especially at the Hotels.com sale price I got, (1/2 of what I usually pay at a Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn) but even at the "normal" rate I saw. Room was clean and nice, furniture was somewhat worn and chipped, but very acceptable for the price range. Bath had been renovated and had no problems. Lobby and restaurant / bar were quite nice. Included hot breakfast buffet for two of us was VERY impressive for the room price and included eggs, french toast, nice sausages, and hash browns plus pastries, fruit and more.
BUT, BUT, BUT the Heater in the room was many times louder than any heater I have used before and I could hear the ones in the neighboring rooms come on too so it wasn't just mine. This woke me up every time it turned on. It was really really loud. AND the neighboring rooms needed to jack up their TV volumes to max to hear the TV over the heater so I could hear every word on their TV when trying to sleep, AND on Friday and Sat nights the bar becomes a Latin nightclub that I could hear clearly (get a room facing outside to avoid this) AND there were some "banging pipes" noises in my ceiling every 20 minutes or so that woke me up multiple times.
If the heaters were replaced or it wasn't heating season, I would consider staying here again.
