This Hotel is Nasty Dirty..The Management obvisly has no Pride.The room has nasty stains all over the walls,headboard,wallpaper coming off ..the bathroom door has stains all over it. It was just nasty and if my husband and I hadn't been exhausted from driving since 5am we would of left.They need an completly new housekeeping and maintanance staff because the one they have should be ashamed....don't try the breakfast either, nothing but dried up eggs and leftover greasy sausauge...for 109.00 plus tax I'm disgusted!I don't know why they are adding a new section when they can't even keep the one up they have...room 378 don't stay here plenty of options to choose from in Fishkell the very next exit.

The hotel wa undergoing remodel my room happened to be right in the middle of the work and never heard a peep. My room was nicely updated and the staff was more than helpful.

The front desk is wonderful! They are always friendly and treat me like family. They are undergoing a complete remodeling project but you would hardly even notice. The staff will go out of their way to accommadate my needs while the project is going on. I would highly suggest staying at the Comfort Inn, Newburgh. The new rooms are looking great, the staff is awesome. It's like coming home.

Not just the hotel was expensive for there name, when we got there they gave us a room that was dirty. Bathroom sink and tub was dirty, so was the floor, it looked like it hasn't been vacuumed, so they gave a different room and said that it was a "non smoking room" which smelled like stale smoke, bathroom tub had hair in it but I said forget it, it's late and we have a long drive ahead of us tomorrow. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I go back there, staff had kids behind there desk, how unprofessional, but than the workers probably young themselves.
