This was nice hotel, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The food at Sunday brunch was surprisingly good and include an omelet station, belgian waffles, fresh fruit, etc. Although the service/waiter was not great The big downfall to this hotel is that on the weekends, they turn the restaurant into a very loud nightclub. We were on the 4th floor (out of 6 floors) and we could hear the music which was extremely loud. Ironically we had asked for a quiet room not near the elevator or ice machine. Who knew. I think they should either be a club or a hotel, not both.
Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 6th floor so you can be as far away as possible from the night club.

We appreciate you mentioning what a great stay that you had at the Radisson - New Rochelle. We are proud of our buffet breakfast available each morning and appreciate all your great remarks about the cleanliness of the rooms; however in regards to the club on Friday and Saturday nights - we are beginning renovating in just a few weeks and we are adding soundproofing measures to reduce any disturbance from the City Night Club to ensure that the guest has a great experience during their stay. We have recently hired a great new Chef, Bill Rosenberg; new General Manager, Rhonda Hausman; Ken Osiel has joined us as Director of Operations and Colby Brock as Food & Beverage Director ... so we are excited about all the changes to provide a great experience again and again!
