This was one of the nicest hotels that I have been in. The room was clean, large and bright. There was a microwave, coffee maker, frig and sink. I would go here again.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff. I hope to visit the area again and would definitely stay here.

We spent 2 nights here as we were visiting Letchworth and Watkins Glen. I have nothing bad to say.
Check in and every subsequent dealing with the front desk was polite and effecient.
The lobby is lovely, with a fireplace, easy chairs and lots of books to borrow.
Our room had a bed in the front room and a separate bedroom. My only hiccup would be that there is no window in the front room. I realize that this is a " living room " convereted to a bedroom so there is really nothing they can do about a window. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and everything worked just fine. Linens are very nice.
The breakfast was a step above 90% of the hotel that claim to have a breakfast. I found it to be delicious and very satisfying, with a good variety of proteins, breads, cereals, juices and fruit. I enjoyed it very much.
I did not use the pool but it looked really nice .
I would stay here again, no qualms.
