This was a one night stop on a road trip. Never having stayed with this chain before we did not know what to expect - but we were very pleasantly surprised. A small but nicely done hotel, very large and well appointed rooms at a reasonable price. The room was quiet even though the hotel is right on the main drag through Mt. Morris. There is a nice (not gourmet, but pleasant) restaurant immediately adjacent to the property. The included hot breakfast was very good, set in a large room off the lobby.

The location for our purposes was excellent, right on the way between Philadelphia and Toronto.

There are no negatives to report.

We spent one night following a reunion for Camp Hough. All the other hotels nearby looked quite scarey. Loved the open space of the lobby, esp the book selection and free computer use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful landscaping and the room was perfect for all of us. Also a treat to have a hot breakfast.. Will definately stay again when we are back in the area.

hotel was perfect for our needs, we wanted to be close to Letchworth State Park, we wanted free wifi, free breakfast and just good small town service and we received all of that. People working the front desk were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful(especially the young blond,sorry cant remember her name), room was clean, bed was a huge king bed, bathroom was clean , free wifi, big flat screen tv, breakfast the next morning was good, great eggs!!!
Perfect location to Letchworth State Park, less then 5mins away

We've stayed here several times now, on our way from New Jersey to the Toronto, Ontario area. It's just the right distance to travel and makes for an easy second day drive on our way to Canada. The rooms are large, beds VERY comfortable, and they put out an excellent breakfast. We've always enjoyed our stays here.
