Convenient for vsiting family our stay was fine. Nice breakfast. An older facility kept well.

We stayed here for one night the weekend of visiting day at camp, as it was very close to camp. The room rates were extremely high, $200 a night, since the hotel was aware of what weekend it was. The hotel was very rundown and was in drastic need of repairs. The room had stained carpet with dried food on it. The toilet moved forward drastically every time you went near it and appeared that it was coming loose from the wall. The message light was blinking on the phone and there was no way to turn it off. When I called the front desk, the employee said she would look into it and then hung up on me. I never heard back from her and the light blinked constantly all night. The complimentary breakfast room was hot and dirty. Basically, the hotel robbed guests for the night due to the proximity to many camps. The employees did not care at all about your stay, and the hotel was dirty, old and in drastic need of repair.

we stayed here during a road trip. a friend of mine and me. for about 80 bucks plus taxes, we got a clean room with two beds and a standard colonial breakfast.
we haven"t used the pool and other stuff that we were actually allowed to use.

To start things off, I initially scheduled my stay online. I had a death in the family and needed to shift my original dates and this couldn't be accomplished using the website. I called to reschedule the week prior to my stay and the lady assured me that the dates were changed. When I got to the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk had the original dates scheduled and told me that he was charging me for the previous night. I explained to him that I had called earlier to cancel that first night, but he said he didnt see any change to my original schedule. In addtion to being charged an extra night stay, I found the front desk service to be very poor and unresponsive as well as finding hair and stained pillow cases in my room. Needless to say, this will be my last experience with Best Western. You're Fired.
