The rooms are small for $90 a night, but compared to the two other dirty, expensive, bed bug ridden hotels I've had the displeasure of staying at in Monticello, it was a deal. You get a mini fridge and a microwave and a clean bed with brand new mattresses. The only other downsides were that it is a relatively noisy area, which was not buffered by the thin walls and the cleaning crew had obviously not vacuumed under/behind the furniture in a while. The continental breakfast is well worth skipping- pre-packaged mini doughnuts, two kinds of cereal, and a juice dispenser that gave out an odd pinkish grapefruit-colored orange juice into tiny Styrofoam cups.
