I had rented a room for a shower and the staff and room were great. We rented the room for a baby shower and it was the perfect size room. I can't remember but I'm thinking it was called the Crystal Room (50 people max,if i remember correctly). Since we had people coming out of town they even offered to give our out of town guests a discount on a room if they desired. My guests all talked about how nice it was from the lobby that was newly renovated and the bathrooms that were really clean. I also had to stay in a room once and the bed was a dream. I didn't want to get up and was thrilled with how clean it was. I have no complaints about this place.
On a side note if you're traveling it has a great location. It's right next to the highway, mall, and has 3 restaurants within walking distance. In case you're wondering the restaurants are - Blue Martini, Outback and TGI Friday's. It's even near the newly built hospital.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years on business. The rooms are spotless and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is nestled between other limited service business class hotels and has an Outback Steakhouse and Chilis restaurants that are litterally steps away in their parking lot. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

We stayed at Courtyard Middletown back in December 2011, and we simply loved it. The staff is amazingly nice, helpfull and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The room are very spacious and nicely furnished. Everything about our stay was excellent. Also the proximity of the hotel to Outback Stakehouse, Chilis and Fridays gave us plenty of options for dinner.
The staff was even helpfull that when we forgot cloth in one of the drawers, they fedexed it to our next address (New York itself) overnight. Of course some of the items were still missing (maybe room service took some), but c'est la vie!
Overall, we would choose to stay there again, no doubts.

this was a hotel recommended by my wife after she searched a lot for a property near woodburry common . I had to stick to marriott to have some free nights and she is not a big fan of the holiday inn @ chester monroe where we stayed before despite that the holiday inn is closer to woodburry common vs courtyard which is a twenty minutes drive , the hotel looks super new and close to fridays and outback who are opened until midnight so you can eat after a long day shopping it has a free parking but no free breakfast internet is free and business center had a free printer so you can print coupons and boarding passed they have th most amazing waitress for breakfast and an excellent cook. the hotel also had wide rooms and it was so clean .
