Economically priced for an older "typical" small town hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Very convenient to all small towns in area. 15-25 mins of gorgeous drives. Cortland is really a lovely older town with many new amenities. breakfast was basic - bananas, apples, juice, coffee, toast, bagels and some sugary pastries. Yes it is a small eating area - but fills a need for a little food before you are on your way. If you are looking for a place to spend a lot of time at - lounging in the hotel and lobby - this is not the place. If you need a place to sleep and go again - don't hesitate! I was down for soccer nationals at Dryden college and spent a lot of time visiting and driving the areas of Ithaca, cortland and dryden.
