As you walk in you notice right away the cleanliness of the place. The front staff (Joan) was EXCEPTIONAL and friendly. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed! The room was quite clean and very inviting...with the exception of the shower curtain which smelled like cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking room) all other aspects of the room were EXCELLENT! The best part of the stay was the MOST COMFORTABLE BED and PILLOWS and the very clean smelling sheets! TOTALLY AMAZING! Kudos to the housekeeping staff!! It's obvious they work hard to keep the place exceptionally clean! Breakfast was good enough. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and will recommend all my friends to stay there!

Clean and quiet. We had a 2nd floor room, outside walkway to enter. Rooms small, 2 double beds, adequate for our stay. Bathroom with granite counter tops. Older hotel but seemed recently renovated and for the most part well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee in lobby good. Breakfast adequate, no real hot choices except "eggs" and waffles. Kids enjoyed the pool. For an area with limited choices for hotel stays, I would highly recommend.

Had a much-better-than-hoped-for experience. Clean, quiet, with an excellent staff. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A friend and I stayed here because it was reasonably priced and we needed a place to crash after a concert at the Jones Beach Amphitheater. I didn't expect a lot out of a Best Western but the customer service was excellent, the room was exceptionally clean, the beds were super comfortable and there was a complimentary continental breakfast the next a.m, just to top it all off. And it was only about a 10 - 15 min cab ride from the venue. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for clean and comfortable, yet affordable, accommodations. I actually have never written a Trip Advisor review before but my stay at the Best Western in Massapequa was so pleasant that I felt compelled to give something back to them!!
