This review is based on my stay over last year's January, hope that things have improved by far since my last visit- not that I'm interested in booking again.
Service was generally speaking mediocre but sort of friendly, with most of the staff doing their best to be professional and kind, but the receptionist's behavior was so insulting that for the first time in my life I wrote a complaint letter to the hotel chain.
Not only I had been interrupted several times while talking during check-in, also had my credit card thrown on the desk like a turd in front of other customers since it didn't work on first attempt, then received a display of roll-eyes and "sigh" every single time I approached the desk the following days.
At check-out the same guy turned his back on me after saying goodbye. Unreal.
With the current economic situation people no longer interested in doing their jobs should simply walk out if the sight of customer disgusts them.
Won't even worth mentioning breakfast consisting of stall donuts from the nearby fast food store.
