The room was extremely dirty and smelly. When we went, they still had the ozone electronic device to remove the dirty smell but looks like it didn't help. The bath rooms were dirty and sink was clogged. The carpets were bad. But we were tired after driving from cincinnati to cleveland and then to this place since we were planning to visit niagara. They keep the back doors open for janitors to movearound which is unsafe.

Needs updating badly, breakfast was measured out. 1 frozen egg, 1 sauage patty, both frozen. only fruit were overripe apples.

I was put in a newly 'renovated' room. It was on the second floor above the smoking rooms. Unfortunately I had to walk through part of the smoking area (no elevator) and I can say it stank. I could have done a better renovation to my room. There was new sheetrock in one area and with a rough cut plywood shelf. Neither edges were finished (yes the cut edge of the sheetrock was fully exposed). Below was a hole with exposed service wires. When I commented on the condition, the owner offered to let me check out. That was the best offer I had that day. I moved next door to the Holiday Inn where I paid about $10 more a night. I could kick myself for not having made this move in my 4 prior trips. Get to the free Comfort Inn breakfast early to get some of the stale, miniature bagels and donuts. The quantity available is meager.

Upon check in we explained that one of us had a business meeting locally until 1:00 and requested a late check out of 1:30 or 2:00. After much discussion we were only given until 1:00. Keep in mind that there were maybe 5 rooms occupied. They came knocking at the door early in the morning while we were on conference calls. Then at 12:45 two of them came knocking on the door to ensure we would exit the room exactly at 1:00. Upon check in they had to open the locked door for us to use the computer to get directions. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. The free breakfast was meager. The staff argumentative. We will stay at the Holiday Inn right next door next trip.
