A large group of us stayed here for the Am Jam Tattoo convention and were all very impressed. This was not only a huge event that was amazingly well organized and a lot of fun for us as vendors and as guests but the rooms were amazing too. First, we got an unexpected discount since we were there for the convention so that was a nice bonus. Our room was so clean and comfortable. I have to say, this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (I even emailed the hotel after about what kind of mattresses they use lol... unfortunately no reply). Even though the hotel was full of people who were there to have a good time and party after the convention hours were over, we never heard any noise while we were in our rooms. This is a great hotel, especially for the price.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel, both times as part of the event staff for a conference. The hotel has been renovated since my visit 4 years ago and is in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had especially good service at the front desk (where I was called by name whenever I approached with a question) in the restaurant (where the waitstaff remembered our drink orders each morning) and from the shuttle drivers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside is, the bathrooms are tiny. You have to close the door to sit on the toilet (which sits at an angle to fit in the room). Two people would not fit in the bathroom at the same time. That being said, they did a great job utilizing the available space and its quite functional.

As I was there for a conference I cannot speak to the surrounding area or the hotel location but the shuttle service to the airport and nearby restaurants was great.

Everything about my stay was great, clean, comfortable and the front desk service was great. Answered our questions with a smile and went beyond the expected to help us. I would recommend staying here. Breakfast at the restaurant was marginal at best, maybe find a better place near by.

Newly renovated, nicely appointed guest rooms, new lobby and lounge. Complimentary shuttle to the Carousel Mall and downtown Liverpool restaurants. Great customer service, clean rooms, great location. We love it there, and stay there every time we visit for a weekend of shopping at the mall and outlets. From the hotel, the outlets are about 35-40 minutes away. The restaurants in Liverpool are great - The Retreat and the new Limp Lizard. Overall, fun weekend with lots of shopping bags at the end!! We highly recommend this property for so many reasons.
