Our first experience with a B&B and I think we got spoiled. Loved the “relax, you’re at home” ambiance. Our room was extremely neat and clean as was everything else we saw throughout the place during our 5 day stay. Jeanine and Max (her faithful yard dog) greeted us with open arms. We couldn’t get over her energy and enthusiasm. Even while she was in the middle of preparing breakfast for all her guests (the place was full) she still made time to take care of each ones individual needs. We stayed in the Carriage House which had been beautifully renovated. Our room had the atmosphere of the old Victorian era but the new comforts of the day with the private bath and Jacuzzi. And the location of the Inn is perfect. After this experience we’ll definitely give B&B’s another shot. As for Piper’s Village Inn, if you’re visiting within a hundred miles of Lewiston and you don’t stay there, you really lost out on one of the nicest experiences of your life.

We rented the entire B&B for our family to stay, including our grandchildren for my daughters wedding. She lives in New York now , but we all came from California. It was the best decision I made! Jeanine was like part of the family, breakfast was incredible. Overall very good times!

Lewiston village is simply a must place to see when in Niagara Falls. Piper's Village Inn is great!! Breakfast was great and host (Jeanine) was very accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable. Great location just off of the main street in Lewiston village so shops and restaurants in walking distance. Not too noisy. We stayed few times and it was awesome.

This was my first experience at a B&B but not my first experience in Lewiston. The B&B itself is located close to the village's main street and very close to the cluster of restaurants and other shopping amenities. The main structure appears historic and the interior is finished in a variety of styles, most with a semi-historic appearance. Though not what I'd consider my taste, the overall effect is quite nice and fits in nicely with the advertised experience and the charm of Lewiston itself. I stayed in the main house with my partner and his mum, who had one of the nearby rooms. The bathroom facilities were clean and amenities provided were comparable to what I've seen in hotels; soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. I'm not sure what others were expecting when they provided poor reviews. I appreciated how friendly Jeanine was and while I didn't partake in the breakfast, she certainly was downstairs preparing it for other guests in the coach house as mentioned. My overall experience, being my first time at a B&B, was positive. Thanks Jeanine.
