It was years since I stayed a night in super 8 motel. I thought only hampton inn or holiday inn was good in the last 4 to 5 yrs. But Super 8 at lake george is sometimes much better than them. Very well maintained,available almost at last minute( actually a week) before peak fall in north east. The room was well maintained, clean everything, very good view of the downtown street, very easy parking, very hospitable and courteous staff. I missed gettign into many a bed and breakfast hotels in vermont, but i would never bother as long as i can get a room in this hotel. Will return again , next time to lake george.

Our first time at this hotel and we were happy with our choice. The room was well kept, clean and big. The hotel is well situated, not far from the outlet malls and still away from the crowd.

I liked the fact that they encouraged reusing towels and sheets all in the spirit of conservation.

We stayed here about 2 years ago by chance. We had a pleasant stay here. room was clean and we could walk to the village. We would stay here again

I have been staying at the Super 8 in Lake George, NY for many years. The owners Jody and Vinnie are fantastic. They always go out of there way to accommoade there guests. On my most recient visit the car show one of my friends car broke down and I needed some tools. I went up to see Vinnie and without hesitation loaned me his own personal tools. This type of personal service has happened other times in the past because I also visit them in the winter for snowmobiling. I lookforward to staying with them every year.
