the staff are very helpful, the rooms clean,and the new flat screen tvs are the best! always room for truck parking

This is a hotel that allows pets and I think that is great! However I should have been worried instead of reassured when we checked into our room with a strong odor of cleaning products. We left the hotel and did not come back until late and found that our room smelled like cat urine. Also the humidifier was loud enough to wake me up multiple time during the night. One other thing if you do stay bring your own pillows. The ones here are too small to give you a decent nights rest.

This hotel provided almost everything I needed, a clean room, reasonable price, friendly staff (The barmaid was FANTASTIC ... shedding a tear with me as my team got destroyed). The only complaint I have is the water pressure which was somewhat low. I think it might have been because everyone was showering around the same time. If I had started earlier this might not have been a problem. The breakfast included sausage and eggs which I prefer over sweets such as muffins etc. If you are on a low carb diet this might be the place to stay.

Convenient location right off route 86/17, easy place to stop for the night during a road trip. Bob Evans in the parking lot is a nice plus. Beds were comfortable and HVAC system was good. Breakfast was so-so; crowded and not much seating available. Room was clean. It offered everything we needed for the one night we stayed. Hotel is dated overall, not nearly as modern as many other hotels I've stayed at. Good choice if you're passing through Jamestown NY.
