It's not the best hotel you've ever been but it is clean, it has better prices than the others, free wifi with very good signal, bus shuttle, flexible and smart guys (at least the most of them, especially the reception is very good). The sleep quality is good and the air condition etc works efficiently and keeps the room warm. Also free parking behind the hotel !
On the other hand the rooms are rather small and the breakfast is very poor - moreover some tables weren't clean but that's due to the heavy girl that was in charge for that specific morning. She was boring and she's not as good as the others.

All in all it does it's job nicely and it's not expensive so it's reccommended.

This place is old and tired. My bottom sheet had a patch on it. The shower sang to me when turned on. The flow was weak. Room is small. Neighborhood not great but felt safe. The breakfast was fine and the staff were very helpful and courteous. They were the best part. The shuttle worked as promised.

a basic room and a basic breakfast. It was good value for the location. i would recommend this hotel if you need somewhere cheap to stay near JFK

This is the third "free shuttle" JFK hotel we've tried and the best for the price. The room was small, but clean. The linens were crisp and of good quality. The wear and tear of the facility was minimal and showed a concerted effort to keep it as undamaged as possible. The staff was extremely helpful (we arrived late and hungry and were given fruit and cereal from the breakfast bar along with tea and coffee). AND the hotel has a free shuttle to the subway/LITT at 9:25 in the morning. Other hotels required a long walk or a taxi to the subway.
