I stayed here during new years. I wanted to see the ball drop. I was the only hotel under $500 a night. It was a $15 cab ride to the subway then something like $3.00 each ride to times square. The hotel was small and near the airport but I didnt hear any planes. The staff were really helpful and polite. Overall I would stay again!

I was very fortunate to have chosen this hotel when I passed through NYC before my trip to Israel. The front desk clerk, Akash, was very helpful and was instrumental in setting me up for a tour of Manhatten. Thanks to all at Days Inn - JFK!

Thought staff were unhelpful. They gave us a room in the basement which was tiny and dirty. The front desk guy had no concept of customer service. I would not go back ever. I really expected a great place to stop over.

If you need do stay overnight to catch up an early morning flight out of JFK this hotel is very inexpensive and conviniently located, has free shuttle on 1/2 hourly schedule. Breakfast was good, included yogurt, cereal, fruits and freshly made belgium waffles. They have coffe and tea in a lobby aroun the clock. Service was nice, room very clean . The only downside is the double room was very very small. But again it was OK with us, it served the purpose of us getting ready for 6AM flight next morning.
