Warm welcome; helpful, friendly staff. Shuttle driver offered to help with baggage even though we weren't using the shuttle. Room spacious, comfortable and spotless. As close as you can get to JFK without being on the runway. Exceeded our expectations of a hotel where most guests are only there for one night. The Hampton Inn is a credit to its management and staff. We didn't need to eat so didn't try the brought in food. Be aware though that if you don't have a car it's a long walk to some mediocre food outlets. That's no reflection on the hotel which deserves it's #1 ranking.

I chose to stay at this hotel on my way out of the country and again on my way back. The hotel staff was very helpful, especially the shuttle driver when I needed to stop at a gas station on the way to the hotel. The guest rooms were very comfortable and quiet. If you're flying in/out of JFK, this would be my first recommendation.

I recently stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn and left my car there for 12 nights while I was on vacation. It really is a fantastic location, close to JFK airport and also not far from great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and it is nice they have a breakfast you can eat before you catch a flight. I would definitely stay here again if I am in need of a hotel near JFK.
