“Very Nice Stay”

This hotel just went through a major reface. Has some nice old world charm with a modern touch. My stay was really good. The staff was helpful and caring. They accommodated my requests pretty fast. The rooms are really nice, with all new furnishings. Over all I had a good experience.

“Nice new hotel, service driven”

This hotel is redone and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It's convenient too, being very close to the airport (JFK)

“Poor customer service!!!”

Checked in at 10pm after a long flight from Tokyo and was given a room that still had the remnants from the last guests still in the room. Dirty towels on the floor, dirty sheets still on the bed. McDonald's still on the bedside table. No instructions in the room for any amenities or guest services. Most of the television channels did not work and those that did had very poor reception. On the positive side the bed was very comfortable and the shower was refreshing!
