We went to La Tourelle for a night away. We arrived at 1pm to the August Moon Spa and at 3pm we headed over to check in. The front desk employee was nice but the manager on duty was very cold. We were told our room was not ready (had not been cleaned) even though 3pm is the check in time. They suggested we stay in a different room een though we made a reservation a while back for the room we wanted. They went and had the cleaners work on the room while we waited. The front desk employee did apologize and offered us a coupon for free breakfast for our troubles. Our room was ready less than ten mins later. It was a great room and the only trouble we had was fixed promptly. The wine tasting hour was great as well as the cozy fireplace. Other than the manager's attitude we had a great stay.

Enjoyed a romantic get-a-way with my husband at this Inn. The room was fabulous, very clean, absolutely charming with the in-room gas fireplace. The August Moon Spa was FABULOUS- they exist for well-being, not "bling" factor. I could have stayed at the spa all day!
The front desk staff could have been more accommodating by sharing details about the Inn, but that's my only suggestion for improvement.
Overall very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I can't wait to go there again!

We were three traveling together and were thrilled to get a room with a king, and a queen size bed and still have room for a sofa, table and chairs. We saw deer out the window each night and enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting of the local wines. The breakfast is fantastic.The bathroom needed some repair in the shower and the bathroom heater was very loud if we turned it on, still we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it.

Heavenly bed, nice people...those are good things. It was nothing too special, outside of that. But that said, I don't think Ithaca has too many luxury options. so this is a decent place to come to, if you are not into motels or B&Bs. It is a bit pricey for what you are getting, but that seems to be the majority of Ithaca.
